Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. almonds
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Blend
    the first 9 ingredients together.
    Place half in a buttered baking dish.
    Cover with crushed potato chips.
    Use remainder of mixture for second layer.
    Top with crushed chips and grated cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
