Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 lb. processed American cheese, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
    2 slices bread, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place unpeeled potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water; cook until tender but firm.
    Drain.
    Cut potatoes in 1 inch cubes. Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Add pimentos, onion, garlic salt and onion salt; toss gently.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place bread cubes on top and pour butter over all.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
