Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. cornmeal mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In small 6-inch iron skillet, add the oil and heat. Mix together all other ingredients. Add the heated oil and pour into the heated skillet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in oven until brown.
