Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Baker's angel flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
    Add coconut and pecans.
    Beat thick enough to spread.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
