Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 c. fresh diced cooking apples
3/4 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil; add eggs.
Combine flour, soda and salt together.
Then add these to sugar and oil mixture.
Next, add vanilla, apples, nuts and coconut.
The batter will be thick and easier to mix by hand.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a greased and floured tube or loaf pan.
