Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. flaky refrigerator biscuits
    1 1/2 c. regular spaghetti sauce or extra chunky mushroom and tomato sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease 20 muffin cups.
    Combine Mozzarella, Ricotta and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
    Pull apart or cut each biscuit in half horizontally.
    Pat each half into muffin cup, forming a shell.
