Golden Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. pimiento
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Heat soup and cheese over low heat until melted.
    Add rice, onion and pimiento; mix well.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Put chicken on top.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
