Mock Mini Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling (or whatever you like)
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla until sugar is blended in
and mixture loses its grainy feel.
Put small amount of cream mixture on flat side of vanilla wafer.
Top with single cherry.
Keep in fridge until time to serve.
