Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk, margarine and cake mix.
    Spread 1/2 cake mix in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 6 minutes.
    Pour on caramel.
    Sprinkle nuts.
    Drop rest of cake batter on by teaspoonfuls.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Cool and cut.
