Snow On The Mountain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can peas
    mashed potatoes (leftovers)
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 small bottle catsup
Preparation
    Brown meat until cooked and crumbly.
    Drain off excess fat. Place in bottom of greased casserole.
    Cover with catsup, corn and then peas.
    Top with a generous frosting of mashed potatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about an hour.
    Sprinkle cheese on top for last 15 minutes of cooking, if desired.
