Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. peanut butter cookie dough
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples (firm)
1 c. lemon-lime soda
cinnamon
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Remove 1/2 cup cookie dough for later use.
Mix flour with remaining cookie dough.
Put on pan, making 14-inch round.
Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Loosen from pan; let cool completely.
Blend the cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread on cooled cookie dough.
Peel and slice apples thin.
Dip apples in lemon-lime soda and put on top of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Heat caramel topping; spread on top.
Sprinkle nuts on top of topping.
