Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion, celery and carrot
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked chicken
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and carrot in butter for 10 minutes.
    Add flour, stirring well.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring well.
