Prime Rib Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

any size beef roast
garlic
white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw roast if frozen.
Let roast stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Rub roast with vinegar.
Season with salt, pepper and fresh garlic.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place roast, rib side down, on a rack in baking pan.
Roast for 1 hour.
Allow roast to remain in oven all day.
Do not open door!
One hour before serving, turn oven back on to 375\u00b0 and reheat roast.
Do not remove roast from oven or open door until ready to serve.
For well done roast, cook 15 to 30 minutes longer before serving.
