Canned Green Tomatoes For Frying - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    washed and sliced green tomatoes
    cold water
Preparation
    Pack tomatoes that have been sliced thick in large mouth jars. Fill with cold water and seal.
    Place jars in canner (not pressure).
    When it starts to boil, boil 5 minutes and no longer. Store in cool place. Drain well when ready to fry.
