Mincemeat Pie(Makes Two 8-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pears (should measure about three 8 oz. c.)
    6 large apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped prunes
    1/2 c. pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Peel, core and chop into small pieces both pears and apples. Mix all ingredients in large pot.
    Cook 45 minutes or until thickened.
