Canine Liver Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. pork or beef liver
1 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs (optional)

Preparation

Blend liver in blender until mushy.
Mix all ingredients and stir well.
Place in lightly greased square pan (8 or 9-inch). Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
When cool, store in small freezer bags in freezer until ready to use.
