Raisin Casserole Bread(No Kneading) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. water (warm or lukewarm)
    2 pkg. or 2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 egg
    4 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and margarine and cool to lukewarm.
    Measure water and spread yeast into it, then add to the milk mixture and 3 cups flour.
    Beat well at this point.
    Stir in remaining 1 1/2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Cover and let rise in a mixing bowl, about an hour or until double in bulk.
