Zippy Beef-Olive Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. grated onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green olives
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) pkg. finely snipped smoked beef

Preparation

Soften cream cheese by leaving at room temperature an hour or so before using.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve with crackers.
