Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bulk pork sausage (use a good brand like Jimmy Dean)
    1 c. chopped apple
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix together and press into a well-oiled 12 cup ring mold. Refrigerate overnight.
    Turn out into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12 generously.
