Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, thin and tender
    1 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    2 green peppers, seeded
    2 onions, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    3 small tomatoes, quartered
    1 1/2 c. bouillon
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dip steak in flour; saute in 1/2 cup butter for 2 minutes. Add rest of butter.
    Saute separately, pepper, onions and garlic about 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix together cornstarch, wine and soy sauce. Add to skillet.
    Cook until thick; add meat.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
