Rhubarb Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange (or any flavor you like) Jell-O or D-Zerta
    1 c. sugar
    1 can (small) crushed pineapple (in its own natural unsweetened juice)
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb without water.
    When cooked, add Jell-O, sugar and pineapple.
    Mix well in bowl.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until jello consistency.
