Escarole And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head escarole
    1 can cannellini beans
    6 strips bacon
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Boil escarole in water about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Saute cut up bacon, onion and garlic.
    Add can of cannellini beans, paprika and cooked escarole.
    Mix together and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
