Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Set aside. In mixing bowl, beat sugar and shortening with electric mixer until light.
Add eggs and milk, beating until smooth.
Add flour mixture and banana alternately to creamed mixture.
Fold in nuts.
