Consomme Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick melted margarine
    1 c. rice
    1 can consomme soup
    1 can water
    1 small jar mushrooms, drained
    black pepper (on top)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a casserole.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 around 1 hour, when liquid gets absorbed, stir and add maybe 1/4 can of water.
    Finish cooking until done.
