Zucchini Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium sliced zucchini
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    1 can Ortega green chili salsa
Preparation
    Put zucchini in a skillet.
    Cover with salsa (no other liquid).
    Cover and cook on low until fork tender.
    Remove from heat, cover with cheese, replace skillet cover for about 1 minute until cheese melts.
    Serve.
    This can be made in any amount.
