Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna or macaroni
1 lb. sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 medium can tomatoes
Preparation

Cook and drain lasagna or macaroni.
Fry sausage; drain and crumble fine.
Saute onions and peppers in butter.
Add tomatoes and cook until most of liquid is gone.
Layer macaroni, sausage, sauce and cheese.
Bake until cheese is bubbly at 350\u00b0.
