English Brown Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 can onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    5 c. boiling water
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    carrots
    potatoes
    pearl onions
Preparation
    Brown meat in margarine with flour.
    Add rest of ingredients. Cover.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add carrots, potatoes and pearl onions.
