Graham Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    1/4 pt. whipping cream
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers fine; place on the bottom of dish. Combine the gelatine, milk, egg yolks and sugar; cook slowly, until slightly thick.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add whipping cream.
    Place both mixtures in dish.
    Top with crushed graham crackers.
    Refrigerate.
