Sweet Potato-Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 (23 oz.) can sweet potatoes
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add water and boil for 10 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Add butter and pineapple to syrup mixture.
Pour over sweet potatoes in shallow casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
