Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (on top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish (except crackers).
    Sprinkle top with a few cracker crumbs and paprika, if you like.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
