Hot 'N Spicy Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 1/4 oz. can shrimp, rinse and drain
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    green onion, thinly sliced
    red pepper, finely julienned (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dice artichoke hearts.
    Add shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, picante sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through or microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Garnish with red pepper and green onions.
    Serve with chips and assorted veggie dippers.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
