Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    7 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
    Blend in milk, melted margarine and vanilla.
    Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    In bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
    Pour hot water over top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
