Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar plus extra (to sprinkle on pies)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. half and half or evaporated skim milk
    2 pie crusts (unbaked)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash sweet potatoes; pat dry.
    Brush a little oil on them.
    Pierce a few times on each side.
    Bake until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Once done, peel and mash, making sure there are no lumps remaining.
