Hot Tomato Casserole(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 lb. turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place tortillas on 2 baking sheets in a single layer.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Turn tortillas and bake an additional 3 minutes.
    Crumble and set aside.
    While tortillas are baking, melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add the flour and stir for 1 minute.
    Do not brown.
    Add chicken stock and nonfat milk.
    Using a wire whisk, stir until it comes to a boil. Add salt, garlic powder and pepper and cook for 1 minute more. Add diced tomatoes to soup mixture, mixing well.
    Set aside.
