Zucchini Bread(With Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 c. zucchini, grated
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box instant or regular pudding (use coconut, chocolate, lemon or any flavor desired)
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease pan extra well.
Mix all together.
Bake in 3 loaf pans.
Raisins and nuts may be added, if desired, or coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tests with toothpick.
