South Of Border Flip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 c. red kidney beans
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 head shredded lettuce
    1 onion, diced or green onion
    2 c. sour cream
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. green olives, sliced
    Mexican hot sauce
    2 pkg. cornbread
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain off fat.
    Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Spread meat sauce in pan, then layer drained beans, cheese and corn.
    Prepare corn bread and spread on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Top each serving with lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream and hot sauce.
