Old Fashioned Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread (day old)
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 c. water
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Red Delicious apple, grated
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine bread, milk and water. Stir in eggs; blend well. Stir in pineapple and next 4 ingredients. Stir in butter. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with Lemon Sauce.
