Norwegian Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
5 average apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs and beat.
Pour in pan. Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
Put sliced apples in cake batter in circle or straight lines, depending on shape of cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
