Beef Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 lb. beef, sliced in strips
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine garlic, seasoned salt, cumin, chili powder, crushed red pepper, vegetable oil, lemon juice and cornstarch.
    Add beef and marinate for 2 hours.
    Chop onion and peppers.
    Stir-fry beef until thoroughly cooked; remove from pan.
    Stir-fry peppers and onions.
    Re-add beef to heat up.
    Place tortilla on plate; cover with damp paper towel.
    Microwave for 30 to 45 seconds.
    Serve with sour cream and salsa.
