Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted or 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. oleo
    10 oz. chopped broccoli
    10 oz. cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt oleo (and oil if used) in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine oleo with other ingredients and return to pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
