Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans whole or stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato puree
2 cans black-eyed peas
1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 bags tortilla chips or Doritos
3/4 c. chopped jalapeno
Preparation

Brown ground beef in pan and drain.
Chop onions and add to beef.
In large saucepan, heat up all canned ingredients.
(Use soups undiluted.)
Mix everything together, except chips and cheese.
Simmer approximately 1 hour.
