Diabetic Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg. vanilla or chocolate pudding mix (artificially sweetened)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sweetener
8 tsp. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate in a glass bowl in a microwave.
Add milk and pudding mix.
Cook for 1 to 3 minutes.
Add vanilla and sweetener.
