Pecan Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. pecan meal
    2 c. water
    1 c. quick cooking (not instant) rice
    1 Tbsp. butter flavored sprinkles
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Spray the inside of a small skillet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray and place over high heat.
    Add the onions, celery and pecan meal; saute, stirring, for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and set aside.
