Pretty Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 sliced green onions (tops too)
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
12 medium red potatoes in jackets
1 stick oleo (whipped type)

Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, paprika, relish, parsley, onion and garlic salt.
Put in a covered jar and refrigerate several hours.
Wash and boil potatoes until tender.
Place hot boiled potatoes in a dish.
Put whipped oleo on top (cut in pieces). Pour mayonnaise mixture over this.
Garnish with parsley.
Serves 4 to 6.
Great with steak.
