White Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced pineapple, cut up (separate juice and save)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    6 ripe bananas, sliced thin
Preparation
    Cook pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar and flour until thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Whip cream and fold into first mixture.
    Pour over pineapple and bananas and chill.
