Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pam
    1 c. dry rice
    6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. orange juice
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (juice and all)
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Spray baking pan with Pam.
    Pour rice in pan.
    Place breasts over top of rice, skin side up (breasts may be skinless).
    Mix soup, orange juice and mushrooms.
    Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 2 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
