Sweet And Sour Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef short ribs
    2 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ribs in skillet to remove fat and place in slow cooker (crock-pot).
    Add all the other ingredients and stir well to coat ribs.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
