Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the juice and grated rind of the lemons with water added to make 2 cups.
    Beat the egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch together.
    Add 3 to 4 tablespoons water to make a mixture to pour into water and juice.
    Stir and cook until thick. Add oleo and pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue and brown in oven.
