Southern-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    6 small catfish, skinned and pan dressed
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, both peppers and salt.
    Coat catfish with flour. Dip into eggs, then coat with cornmeal mixture.
    Fry in 1/2-inch very hot oil about 6 minutes one each side.
