Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat (hamburger, chicken or pork)
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. peppers
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. meat stock
Preparation
    Start with your meat.
    Fry until brown.
    Put in carrots, potatoes and broccoli until lightly softened, then add onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and all spices and meat stock. Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour over rice or noodles.
